Welcome to Fleetmover, your commercial vehicle auction site! Using Fleetmover.com you can browse or search used commercial vehicles that are for sale, bid on items, and post your own vehicles.
Getting Started For Buyers
To find used vehicles you can:
1) search for specific items using keywords in the search bar at the top of the homepage,
2) browse all active auctions by clicking the "Buy" button in the top navigation bar or on the homepage,
3) browse all active auctions within a specific category by clicking that category on the homepage, or
4) filter all active auctions by make and model, or zip code.
You can also see the top "New", "Ending Soon", "Watched", or "All" auctions using the smart window in the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
Once you find a vehicle that interests you, you can see all the item details and contact the item seller for more information, such as payment methods, and condition. We encourage you to contact sellers to ensure that the item is what you are looking for. Buyers can also choose to purchase Carfax reports on listed items that include a VIN at your own discretion. Once you have determined that the item is the perfect match, you can enter your bid (the minimum bid will be visible for you) and start getting great deals!
Once you bid you will need to login or create a free Fleetmover account.

Posting a New Item
Once you’ve logged into your Merchant account, you can post a new item from any page on Fleetmover.com by clicking on the “Sell” button in the top navigation bar. Then pick the appropriate category for your item: sedans, vans, limousines, accessible vehicles, or other. Make sure to fill out all required fields that have a red asterisk next to them.
Pick a title that quickly describes your item. You should include the Make and Model so that when buyers use the title search on the homepage, they will be directed to your post.
While adding the VIN to your post is not required, it is highly recommended. The VIN shows to your potential buyers that this is an authentic vehicle and allows them to buy a Carfax report on the item. Adding the VIN will give potential buyers more confidence in your posts and make your item more attractive.
Fleetmover allows users to sell items individually or in lots. To sell an individual item, set the quantity to 1. Any posting with a quantity greater than one will be auctioned as a lot, so make sure to add as much description as possible about each item in the lot.
When entering the item description, be sure to include as much detailed information as possible. Please explain the specific condition of the item as well as any modifications made to it. Fleetmover also strongly suggests explaining the original use of the vehicle before it was put on auction as this is important to many buyers.
You can control the length of the auction next to the starting price field, and set it to last 5, 7, or 10 days.
Optional features that can be used on your post include setting a reserve price, or a buy-it-now price.
When selecting payment options please be aware that sellers must accept any payment type that is selected for the item. If, for example you select Paypal and Cash in Hand as your accepted payment, you cannot refuse to accept Paypal because you prefer Cash.
Lastly make sure to add pictures to your posts. Each post may upload up to 50 pictures and while using all 50 may be excessive, be sure to add as many pictures as possible to accurately describe the specific item. Please also refer to our rules when considering appropriate pictures. Pictures must be of the specific item and may not be stock pictures or other unrelated pictures.
Once you have filled all the required fields and uploaded your pictures, click the “Preview/Post” button to see what your post will look like and complete your post.
Now that you have successfully posted an item you can either continue to post additional items using the Post another item button or navigate to other parts of the site.
